In Kosovo less than 20% of businesses are owned by women, that’s why supporting and creating better opportunities for women in business is very important.
She Store is a unique e-commerce platform that is created for women-owned businesses.
They provide a range of high quality products that are created by women for women.
Our goal was to create a bold-feminine look and feel.
Based on the main categories and products that She Store provides we designed multiple illustrated icons and assets such as skin care products, fashionable boots, pots, bags, jewelry and more, that we used in the video but also prepared them to be used as single assets on the web to identify the categories.
Having a gender perspective on everything is important, including how corruption affects gender inequality. According to the UNODC “The Time in Now” report, women more often than men are faced with corruption dilemmas when gaining access to basic public services such as health and education, and the more women there are in positions of power, the less corruption and bribery there is.
Glowy elements, bold characters and shapes were our initial thoughts when creating the creative and art direction for this project.
We used shapes, gradients, blurs and a selected color palette, inspired by the UNDPs base color, that helped us visualize all of the situations, including the promotion of Kosovo’s Anti-corruption Agency, Supreme Court, Prosecution and Financial Intelligence Unit’s achievements.
